As the Resource Manager, you will work closely with the program management team to manage the overall program staffing goals to include subcontractor team partners. Responsible for day-to-day resource projections, forecasting, staffing and scheduling operations to meet the planning efforts of the program's short-term, long-term and quick response efforts. Manage resource availability for special assignments and analyze staff skill mix relative to business needs.
