This position will play a lead role in providing recruiting support as needed to offices primarily in the North Eastern US region, including screening resumes, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, correspondence, planning, requisition management, college programs, advertising, promotions and other duties as assigned. Must have ability to work independently as well as in a team environment including other Recruiters, Operations personnel, contract agencies, and in-house Human Resources personnel.
