This senior role consults with hiring managers regarding current and future staffing needs, position requirements and development of talent pools. It is responsible for the day to day direction and supervision of their direct report regional recruiting team; as well as, individual responsibility for recruiting high quality technical, professional and management-level candidates for the region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and deployment of next generation staffing systems, tools, programs and models for the company.
