Support the recruiting staff in all dealings with external and internal candidates to move qualified candidates through the employment process. Assist in the development of a diverse pool of candidates through non-agency related networks in the assigned geographic area. Ensure succession planning and people development strategies are formally implemented and monitored for field Operations Department employees.
