- Provide vision, define and execute strategy for APAC Regional Sales Organization Training, Learning and Development center. Define and plan staffing and delivery model for region to deliver capability impact to Sales teams in over 7 APAC locations. Hire, train and provide day-day management of Sales Organization Training, Learning and Development staff for the Region. Develop and Drive Local and Regional Training, Learning and Development Programs for Agencies, Third Parties and Top Tier Advertisers across Region.
