The Director will partner with key business stakeholders to build and implement L & OD strategies and programs that support Regional, system (Area) and call centers imperatives that will improve performance and gain a return on investment for the business. Responsible for planning, development, integration and administration of HR programs and associated, multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
