Guides and directs planning, goal setting, and objectives for Human Resources at the Refinery. Consults with managers and supervisors on employment related issues including recruitment, performance, discipline, and training. Interprets corporate policies and procedures and employment laws. Monitors affirmative action program and informs management of trends and needs.
