Working with business and functional stakeholders the Recruiting Manager will provide the leadership for developing operational efficiencies and candidate sourcing strategies. The Manager will ensure the effectiveness of key programs and initiatives such as: workforce planning; key supplier relationships and agreements; job posting process; and development of key measurements which assess overall recruiting effectiveness.
