Reporting to the President of a well-respected $20MM flatbed and heavy haul carrier operating nationwide. Will be responsible for recruiting professional Drivers, Owner Operators and Sales Agents, fielding incoming calls and prospecting potential qualified leads. Will also be required to develop and implement advertising strategies, plan recruiting events, improve upon current recruiting best practices and monthly departmental reporting.
