As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for the company's recruiting process: which includes developing and implementing effective and creative recruiting strategies in order to recruit, attract, screen and select high-quality candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions. Establishing and maintaining a solid working relationship with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
