Oversee and coordinate training, readiness, certification, and curriculum programs developed by Implementing Documentation and Education for Application Solutions (IDEAS). Work in concert with the Knowledge Management (KM) Manager to analyze needs and make recommendations. Scope and budget each project upon leadership approval, conduct necessary research, gather required resources, prototype the program, deliver the program, and measure the effectiveness of the program .
