The HR Systems Lead is responsible for driving the technical and process performance of a functional HR area (examples include Benefits, Talent Management, Learning). The Lead manages the relationship with the Director in charge of the functional area to which the Lead is aligned. Through this relationship, the Lead helps set the technology strategy for the functional area and drives the technology and process improvement projects associated with it.
