Work with hiring managers to identify interview evaluation criteria and competencies. Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit top talent. Evaluate skill level, conduct reference checks, make salary recommendations, and manage the offer and transition process. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up and secure feedback from hiring managers and candidates in a timely fashion following interviews.
