This position will focus on the identification, design and development of effective diversity training practices. There will be responsibility for providing tools and expertise in the areas of diversity training and facilitation, as well as acting as the business/staff point of contact for diversity training. Additionally, the ability to conduct needs assessments and to provide broader learning and diversity and inclusion consulting support to enterprise wide initiatives is required.
