In support of the business unit's strategic and operational plans, the Principal HR Consultant functions as either a specialist or generalist and possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: recruiting, staffing, compensation, performance management, employee/labor relations, training, and affirmative action. Leads cross-company initiatives with limited direction, and handles highly complex projects across multiple functional areas, which includes research, data collection, design, development and implementation.
