Managing supply chain activities addressing: delivery, quality, cost, EHS & compliance concerns. Control/oversee all financial costs associated with inventory and productivity standards. Developing the Operations leadership team to be progressive and engaged enablers. Providing leadership in the lean and efficient manufacture of products. Meeting business and customer requirements with respect to safety, EHS, quality, cost, throughput, inventory, delivery and regulatory compliance.
