The selected candidate will manage all HR plant functions including employment, employee relations, compensation, EEI, personnel records, training and development. Will act as an influential partner to all Staff Managers. Will report to the HR Regional Manager for North America with a dotted line to the Plant Manager. Supervise all personnel related services as well as labor-relations activities at the plant. Participate in contract negotiations and assure that labor agreements are properly administered.
