Will serve on the leadership team to provide strategic HR direction and will be responsible for the day-to-day HR Operations. Will be a key resource in managing the change effort to World Class Manufacturing by engaging the workforce, designing strategies and implementing HR systems which support and reinforce desired behaviors. Additional responsibilities will include conducting organizational assessments, developing action plans, developing process maps for people systems and supporting national/regional HR initiatives to drive the Plants HR Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Tactics.
