Manages the placement function and proactively works with the 4 Unions on problem solving, investigates and negotiates and implements corrective actions, while administering and applying the Collective Bargaining Agreements at Bell. Responsible auditing the work of the placement function, to ensure that employees have been moved according to the contract and are being paid the correct rates of pay and premium pay for the job defined in the Collective Bargaining Agreements.
