The Performance Consultant & HR Generalist will play a dual role, with a primary focus in Organizational Development, including designing and implementing programs related to competency modeling, performance improvement, organizational effectiveness, employee career growth, training and development for Engineering Worldwide. In addition, the Performance Consultant & HR Generalist will be delivering the full spectrum of HR services to a small segment of the Engineering organization, including handling employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employee communications.
