The incumbent PeopleSoft Payroll Team Lead (TL) will have 5 years PeopleSoft Payroll hands-on v8.8+ implementation & support experience with deep configuration experience plus knowledge of configuration issues between Payroll/HR/Benefits/Time & Labor. Payroll Process re-engineering & payroll operations experience with a Bachelors Degree or equivalent; The incumbent will have a minimum of 3 yrs at a consulting firm, team lead experience on at least 3 full lifecycles large & complex engagements.
