The IT Lead, HR and Finance Systems, is responsible for leading a team of Programmer Analysts in support of the company's Human Resource (HR) systems. These HR application systems provide essential tools for such critical business functions as Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Credit, and Taxation.
