The incumbent has responsibility for building up-front solutions with PeopleSoft HR projects and for overall successful delivery of large-scale PeopleSoft engagements. The incumbent responds to PeopleSoft HR proposals, & solutions the response including estimating the roles, skills, and implementation work effort as well as articulating the solution in written proposal. The incumbent presents to client senior executives and facilitates workshops. The incumbent provides hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages client executive relationships.
