Responsible for facilitating & delivering key people agenda initiatives, to include Talent enablers such as Resourcing standards and principles, Employment Branding and Early Career targeted efforts; including the Compliance requirements associated to these. This role is also responsible to support the regional Diversity & Inclusiveness agenda, and liaise with local BU contacts to generate Group-required reports.
