As an Organization Strategy Manager you will build an in-house expertise in developing highly effective organizations by formulating innovative strategies, optimizing processes, and designing and implementing appropriate organizational structure and incentives. You will collaborate with internal partners and external vendors/consultants as needed to achieve the above results. You will provide leadership at both the strategic and practical levels. Finally, you will build effective partnerships at executive and all levels within the organization.
