The Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator position is the focal point for organizational effectiveness tactics that develop site performance & synergy at the Refinery. The incumbent must be able to work effectively in a highly participative and self managed team environment with a focus on enabling the business to deliver results throughout all aspects of the organization.
