In this position the individual will perform as an OD consultant to their internal clients. In partnership with the business leader and the respective HR generalist, this person will design and execute strategies to improve individual and team performance and improve the business's capabilities to deliver against their goals. He/she will provide expertise in the areas of leadership and executive team development, change management, organization design/effectiveness, training design and delivery, and meeting design/facilitation.
