The Strategy Consultant uses consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze issues and drive solutions that transform the client's business. Responsibilities include: organization design, change management, benefits realization, communication strategy, stakeholder management and culture transformation in ERP transformation projects. The consultant provides team leadership and manages client relationships in complex environments. This is a hands-on delivery role, not an account management or business development role.
