Manages the development, planning, and implementation of the Contractor Field Teams (CFT) Quality Assurance and EHS programs. This individual reviews the technical content of quality, safety, and environmental requirements for the CFT contract and develops the comprehensive quality management plan. When task order requests are received, he/she ensures that the CFT Program and the company have the necessary licenses, certification, and documentation to accomplish the task order.
