Recruit for key, open positions for the Sales organization. Target recruitment sources to generate quality candidates in a timely manner and provide guidance to operating management in recruitment and selection. Work with AVP to manage employee relations with Sales employees including counseling, progressive discipline and interpretation of HR policies. Manage day to day employee calls and emails on a day to day basis.
