Plan and lead business development and promotional activities for all products and services and market to existing and prospective clients. Assess individual client needs, develop and negotiate individual client proposals to ensure that they are provided with the most appropriate experience/expertise required to meet those needs. Deliver specific consulting solutions as required. Contribute to the growth through active participation in the development of innovative services or enhanced business solutions/processes.
