Develops and implements management and leadership training programs on a global basis, including conducting needs analysis and developing curricula for new and experienced managers and supervisors using a variety of internal and external resources. Oversees the design, development, coordination, delivery and measurement of assigned curricula (e.g. Leadership, Management, Corporate values Conflict Management, Selection).
