The managing director, learning & development will manage a team of four staff members on the operational wing of the team. The managing director, learning & development will also partner with another managing director, learning & development on the team to provide targeted learning & development support to staff members in our organization's regional operation's team, spanning 29 regional sites and over 400 employees.
