Position has responsibility to develop and implement talent acquisition plans and associated support programs including but not limited to: passive and active recruiting campaigns, resource list development. college relations, diversity initiatives, labor market analysis, outreach efforts to targeted professional associations, immigration processing, recruitment advertising, agency management, relocation coordination and affirmative action plan design. May have responsibility to recruit for senior level positions.
