Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of HR: employee relations, salary and hourly recruitment, talent development and training, employee and organization development, employee engagement, performance management and coaching, compensation, policy administration, Affirmative Action and EEO programs, safety strategies and initiatives, worker's compensation, employee and community programs.
