Reporting to the Director, this very senior role is critical to the development & execution of talent & diversity within a major academic & research institution of high prestige. Will include oversight for the implementation, management & measurement of diversity/EEO/AA program activity while partnering with the business and HR teams on issues relating to talent, diversity and inclusion.
