This position is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, directing and evaluating education, training/development, and succession planning initiatives designed to enhance employee and organizational performance. Acts as educational and training resource to management and employees of ITxM and its affiliates by insuring that recurring and required training is completed in a timely manner.
