Devise talent assessment procedures for subsidiary companies to include a variety of methods for employee selection and development at all organization levels. Develop and manage systems to ensure talent acquisition tactics adhere both to company standards and external regulations including those directed by the EEOC, OFCCP, and USCIS. Develop communication and training tactics to support assessment efforts, and equip HR staff and business leaders with capabilities to conduct accurate and appropriate assessments.
