Support Lean projects impacting the Operations business. Develop and mentor HR personnel and ensure that they are prepared for higher level assignments. Serve as functional resource for employee base, ensuring their understanding and compliance with benefit HR policies and regulations. Provides labor relations support to the respective plants for the hourly population and other employment matters.
