The Manager of Recruitment is responsible for finding and hiring world-class talent for our Eastern Operations which include offices in Toronto, New York, Chicago and also our European hub based in Amsterdam. Success in this role will be determined by meeting hiring targets using proactive search techniques, building high quality relationships with potential candidates, the quality of relationships with internal hiring managers and the effectiveness of implementing scaleable, proactive recruitment processes and best practices.
