Supervising a team of exempt and non-exempt team members. Coaching them through the phases of training (analysis, design & development, delivery, follow up and evaluation) to maximize learning and development within the areas supported. Aligning work and setting priorities appropriate to the development of all team members. Being viewed as a successful leader in OE and mentoring other trainers and team leads as needed.
