Provide HR business consulting to two global teams. Assist in developing/managing HR initiatives that align with and support business strategies. Partner with global leadership team and other HR functions to develop, implement and administer HR programs that meet the needs of the business partners and that give DCP the competitive advantage in attracting and retaining qualified employees. Execute innovative programs such as annual Culture Survey and Talent Assessment Planning (TAP) that provide for career development and a positive work environment.
