Job Description:

Provide support and direction in the administration of policies and procedures. Handle day to day employee issues and serve as a consultant to those business units. Additionally this position will spend approximately 30/35% of the time coordinating, aligning and delivering organizational development programs that support and meet business requirements along with coordination of recruiting, screening, placement and transfers of potential and current employees within the organization. This position will require travel approximately 50% of the time.
