Serves as primary point of contact for functional leaders regarding Human Resources issues. This position plays a strategic role in partnering and supporting the Mail Pharmacy Operations. Includes staffing and staff planning and ongoing support. Major areas of emphasis: Performance & Talent Management processes; employee relations; change management; implementation of company-wide initiatives into aligned business unit. Provides counsel in support of building a single culture in a post-merger and rapidly changing business.
