Design, implement and administer compensation guidelines, policies and programs to ensure the company's ability to attract, retain, and motivate a talented workforce. Manage analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and communication of total compensation elements for domestic and/or international employees including base salary, incentives, stock, commissions, and allowances.
