Responsible for setting and executing strategy of the corporate HQ Talent Acquisition area. Oversees the recruiting process for corporate positions in all departments of the organization. Responsible for process, technology, recruiting programs, communications, team leadership and development, as well as metrics and reporting for the Corporate TA function. The Director is also responsible for setting a strategic sourcing plan and developing talent pools for all areas of the business.
