Job Description:
Provides input into the design of compensation programs, policies, procedures, practices, systems and reporting of key metrics. Communication and training of various Compensation programs is a critical component of this position, including designing and enhancing new and existing communications and training materials. Works with HR generalists and line management to evaluate compensation needs in the businesses supported and to ensure consistent application of "market-based compensation" program.
