Counsel, assist and support Patient Financial Services in the design, implementation, cost impact analysis, and ongoing management of base pay, premium pay, incentive and bonus plans and ancillary compensation programs;Complete an annual competitive analysis to determine overall competitiveness of salary structures, base pay and total cash compensation, and perform periodic reviews for specific jobs as needed throughout the year.
