This position will work closely with business unit HR teams on the development and operation of effective Global Compensation Programs which support Business Unit goals. Areas of focus include Sales and Service Incentive Compensation Programs, Compensation Structures and Systems, and Market Pricing. HR Operations responsibilities include managing Expatriate, Relocation and programs partnering with third party vendors.
