Responsible for designing, implementing, communicating and executing the Compensation and Benefits strategy. Duties entail supporting internal and external customers through a Center of Excellence Model, providing both strategic and tactical solutions for Compensation and Benefits Programs. The successful candidate must have strong communication and relationship management skills desired to balance the needs of the client with those of corporate control and organization-wide consistency. Develops compensation and benefits policies and best practice guidelines.
